Return Process

If you want to return the product or products you have ordered through Softtoplus.com for any reason after receipt, the following procedures are applied.

You must submit your return request to our Customer Services within 10 business days from the date of order receipt. Your returned products must be delivered to us via our contracted cargo companies. After your return reaches our company, our customer services contact you and complete the return process as soon as possible.

Things to consider when returning:

1. It must be unused and its packaging must be undamaged.

2. In return transactions, the products must be sent to us along with copies of the original invoice and a letter explaining the reason for the return.

3. Returns sent by any cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo cannot be accepted by us.

After your return reaches our warehouse, an informative e-mail is sent to your registered e-mail addresses as soon as possible.

Following the approval of your return, you will be informed via e-mail and the product price will be refunded within 7 business days, in the same way as the credit payment type you chose. Since there is a communication period between bank systems for refunds made via credit cards, the refunded amount is reflected on your card within 24 – 48 hours. If your refund does not appear in your account, we recommend that you first contact your bank.

When receiving your order from the cargo company, the packages must be opened and examined, and in case of any problems (broken product, missing product, product with torn packaging, etc.), a report must be made to the cargo company and the products must be sent to us by the cargo company.

Delivery Conditions

Is there payment at the door upon delivery? What does it cost?

Orders with cash on delivery are not available on our Softtoplus.com website. Only credit card payment is accepted in our payment options.

For your purchases, the cargo collection fee of 6.90 TL requested by the cargo company is automatically added to your payment amount.

How can I track my order?

Your order number will be included in the email you receive after your order is confirmed. You can track the status of your orders at the Order tracking address with your order number.

When will my order be shipped?

Your orders placed until 15.00 on Monday – Friday will be shipped on the same day. Since Saturday cargo companies work half a day, orders placed until 10:00 are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 on Saturday and on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Your cargo tracking code for your delivered order is sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours.

Can I change the delivery address information of my order?

We kindly ask you to forward your request for a change of delivery address for your order to our email address info@Softtoplus.com or by calling our customer service at 0546 852 21 33. Since your orders are shipped on the same day, this change must be completed as soon as possible.

My order arrived when I was not at the address and a note was left, what should I do?

The cargo company leaves a note informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch if you cannot find it at your address. You can receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the procedure of the cargo companies is that your order will be automatically returned. When you receive the cargo note, we recommend that you contact the cargo company or Softtoplus Customer Services team to prevent it from turning into an automatic refund.

How many days does it take for the cargo to arrive?

Following your order, your product will be delivered to the cargo company to be delivered to you within 2 business days. Your orders are shipped from our Istanbul, Çamlıca warehouse.

Average cargo delivery times:

-Cargo Companies deliver your package within 1 day up to a distance of 600 km from Istanbul, and within 2 business days after 600 km.

-Delivery is made on a half-day basis on Saturday. However, cargo companies do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Note: Due to the shipping system of your region, there may be differences in the delivery of the product to you. Due to force majeure (snow, flood, hurricane and other situations that create transportation difficulties), there may be delays in the delivery of your package.

Cargo Companies Delivery Days

Cargo delivery is made between 09.00 and 18.30 through the cargo company you have chosen. Since cargo companies work half-day on Saturdays, deliveries are made until 12:00. Cargo companies do not work on Sundays.

If you would like to deliver your order by appointment, this service is only available in our Moto Courier service within Istanbul.
